Laser Fleet
Do you want to improve singlehanded sailing skills through boat handling drills, boat speed technique and racing.  Sailing drills and practice will be conducted before Tuesday night racing.  Coaching will occur between and during races if necessary, followed by a short de-brief after racing in the Pirates Den.  Maybe your spouse would like to participate in a session or two.  Weekly sessions are transferable between immediate family members.

Learn to sail and race the family Laser in a fun low key setting with the same quality instruction as our junior sailors receive.  The BCC is pleased to offer coaching for all ages with our head sailing coach, Mike Weber.  Join us to learn more about how to sail one of the most popular single handed sail boats.  Boats are user supplied.  Generally, there are boats for sale at the BCC (check the monthly Burgee) or some boats may be available to charter short-term during the summer. Please contact Amanda at [email protected] if you would like more information on chartering a boat.

As an incentive to join us and brush up on your skills, the BCC is hosting the Great Lakes Master Championships (ages 35+) at the end of August (27/28).  Sail against friends you have brushed against all summer and visting laser sailors. For more information, go to www.laser.org and click on the Masters tab at the top of the page.
